Radix Labs manufactures and distributes animal health products and pharmaceuticals for veterinary use. All products are:

• Manufactured in FDA-inspected facilities following cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• Intended for animal use only unless otherwise specified
• Subject to proper veterinary oversight and prescription requirements where applicable
• To be used in accordance with label directions and applicable regulations

You agree to use our products only for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Orders and Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of products.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and animal health products, returns are subject to strict policies. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you believe you have received defective or incorrect products. All returns must be authorized in advance and may be subject to restocking fees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
